Clinical Pediatric Practice:  Founding partner and community pediatrician at Pediatric Associates, a six physician Yale New Haven Health practice in Westchester County New York. Active in pediatric practice until 2013. Affiliated with Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich CT and the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla NY. 

Academic appointments: Clinical Professor of Pediatrics, New York Medical College;
Associate Clinical Professor in Pediatrics and Psychiatry, Weill Cornell Medical College. Preceptor to medical students and pediatric residents. Author of scholarly and parenting articles.

American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP): Fellow. Served on the AAP executive committees on Telehealth,  Medical Liability and Risk Management; and a local NY Chapter. 

Inpatient Children's Psychiatry Unit: Was pediatrician for the In-patient Pediatric Psychiatry Service at the New York - Presbyterian Hospital's Westchester Division, 20 years. 

Pediatrics Department Chair: Served as an administrative chair for 20 years at a Cornell Medical College affiliated hospital;  Member of their Board of Trustees.

Physician Advisory Group:  Yale New Haven Health for development of their electronic health record system.

Board Certified: Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of National Examiners.

Military Medical Experience: U.S. Army Medical Corps, Vietnam
Infantry Battalion Surgeon; Infantry Brigade Surgeon;  Clearing Company Commanding Officer.
